Misery Likes Company - NB Ice Climbing Video

The air is getting colder, there's frost in the early morning and ice climbing season is less than 2 months away in New Brunswick!! Here's a video to get your fingers itching for the itchy-barfies!

My friend Paul Maybee- the indomitable photographer, blogger, and backcountry enthusiast, took some time last winter to film and produce a short video on ice climbing. It's great little film about a day of ice climbing at Mt. Misery near Quispamsis, New Brunswick.

Mt. Misery (Here's a post from last January), is an ice and mixed climbing crag located on the banks of the Kennebecasis River. Once the river freezes, its just a short walk or bike from town. It's southern exposure can make it down right pleasant on a cold winter day.

Check out Paul's Blog - Rocks in my Pockets for trip reports and photos from a number awesome adventures in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
